Rates

$175-$300 per 60 minute session.

Cash and all major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.  Payment is due at the end of each session.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance depending on your policy. We only accept Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois PPO, Cigna,  Evernorth, MercyCare Health Plans, United HealthCare, UMR, Carelon Behavioral Health, Aetna PPO, Behavioral Health Systems,  Quartz, Optum PPO, and cash paying clients.

Depending on your plan, you may have a deductible that must be met as well as co-pays for each visit. Our clinicians do their best to provide you with guidance throughout this process, but do recommend you check your coverage benefits prior to anything they are used for.

What should I do if my insurance is not listed?

If your insurance is not listed, you will need to check your insurer's out-of-network benefits to see what your reimbursement options are. We can provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to any Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts or insurance panels.
